Positioning and branding development for Equity Estate

Equity Estate develops unique, intelligent and solid solutions and services around asset management and management services. The organization was founded in 1997 and has since enjoyed a healthy and stable growth. When investing in direct real estate became more attractive again in mid-2014 - as a result of the situation on the financial markets, low interest rates and strongly fluctuating share prices - it was time for Equity Estate to critically review the positioning and means of communication. The organization wanted to expand the portfolio with strong, mostly international partners and was looking for communicative support.

Syrinx helped formulate a clear positioning, the modernization of the corporate identity and the development of a number of communication tools, including the website, a basic presentation about the organization and corporate identity cards of business cards, and templates for emails and reports.

We get good reactions to our positioning and the website works almost too well: we have been very busy since the launch, Nard Schuddebeurs, COO Equity Estate
