On Saturday 2nd June 2018 the Dag van de Bouw was organized for the 13th time. Just like 130 other projects, the doors of WTC Utrecht were wide open to the public. And with success, more than 600 visitors took a look at the brand new office building.
The construction of the new WTC Utrecht has recently been completed at the most central location in the Netherlands. A modern and sustainable office building of 18 floors and nearly 30,000 sq. m. of office space. Soon home to promising organizations and ambitious entrepreneurs who will move into this office building.
But before that, it was up to the Utrecht people to see this luxurious and stylish building. Between 10.00 and 16.00, visitors could enjoy the service and atmospheric ambiance of WTC Utrecht while enjoying a cup of coffee and live music. For the little ones there was a Lego building site with a prize contest and the recently opened METRO City Kitchen was ready with delicious snacks.
Every half hour visitors could join a guided tour on the 18th floor. There owner CBRE Global Investors and architect MVSA Architects told more about construction, design and sustainable technologies. In a timelapse video we could look back on the construction.
Syrinx took care of the concept, the organization and the communication concerning the Day of Construction for WTC Utrecht on behalf of CBRE Global Investors.
